Where You Are – The Album

Murray Wall has been singing and playing the guitar for 33 years.

CD CoverAnd it shows.

His musical inspiration comes from people like Leo Kottke, Bob Dylan, Steely Dan, Phoebe Snow, Miles Davis, Bruce Cockburn, John Martyn, Nick Drake, JJ Cale, The Beatles, Joni Mitchell, Kate Bush, and Rickie Lee Jones, to name but a few.

But his voice? Well, we think he sounds like Jeff Buckley.

This is an album of six songs and three instrumental tracks. His guitar style is a blend – funk, bluegrass, jazz, with a touch of Windham Hill-like classical elements.

All tracks except “Off The Rails” are recorded live so that all we hear is one voice and/or one guitar.

To listen to this album go to the sound samples page.

You can order the CD securely from CDBaby.

Dream sequences – love – the inner greenie – melodic landscapes – on the ground and in the air..

driven in places with hardcore finger-picking.

    Hi Murray,
Just found you on the net (it’s only taken me 9 years or so!) Your CD still gets played at work or in my house at least once a week! I’ve showed you off and boasted about you to every music lover I’ve met since leaving the lovely Maleny. Hope to run into you again some day . . . . . send my love to Kym, Pete & Scotty. Oh yeah, and where’s the follow up albumn, if it’s out there I definately want a copy! Let me know where I can purchase one! Hope to hear from you,
    kind regards,
Dave . . . (the little shit that befriended Scotty, Kym & Pete at uncle Bill’s flower farm in Connondale.

P.S. ask Scott if he’s still got my ‘Police’ collection . . . . . I gave him back his Bongo Drums! :)

    PEACE

The business loans are useful for people, which are willing to ground their own organization. In fact, it is very comfortable to get a short term loan.
